BOOTCAMP (BC)

An outdoor class focusing on fitness, tone and strength whilst gaining the benefits of being in natural surroundings. This is also designed to support online programmes.

BOXFIT (BF)

A low impact, outdoor class designed to work on fat burning and strength/conditioning using boxing element and principles.
(please bring your own boxing gloves)

HIIT AND CONDITIONING (H&C)

This is an indoor bootcamp involving elements of HiIT and conditioning to promote strength and cardio fitness.

PILATES (P)

Focusing on core stability and overall tone and strength.
(Please bring your own mat and water)

STRETCH & MINDFULNESS (S&M)

Designed to aid flexibility, suppleness and a mind body connection. Encouraging use of breathing and mindfulness techniques.

SMALL GROUP TRAINING (GT)

Sessions offering the perfect combination of bespoke personal training and classes tailored to meet the needs of each attendee, at a convenient and practical location of your choice. The groups are designed to help achieve the personal goals of your group – whether that is general fitness, overall weight loss, toning, sports specific or strength building.

FREE YOUR MIND

A session designed to link mind and body to create space and strength from within. Focusing on your goals, thoughts, patterns and behaviour as well as strengthening your body.
