This class is dedicated to fat burning, developing a strong body and burning off calories through various methods including: HIIT principles, boxing training, strengthening work and core conditioning.
Classes are run every Tuesday at 7.30pm and every Thursday at 9.15am
Our popular pilates classes are more than just developing “strong abs” or “core strength”. Pilates is an exercise system that focuses on stretching and strengthening the whole body to improve balance, muscle strength, flexibility and posture.
Our Pilates includes 5-10 minutes of Cardio Pilates followed by a series of toning and sculpting exercises using pilates principles and various equipment. You will end up with toned arms and legs, as well as tight abs and toned bottom.
The Classes run on Tuesday at 8.30pm and Thursday at 10.15am
