An outdoor class designed to support the Sugar-free challenge and focus on fitness and strength whilst gaining the benefits of being in natural surroundings.

Thursday 8pm | Stretch and Mindfulness | 3 week course £60

This class is designed to aid flexibility, suppleness and a mind body connection. Encouraging the use of breathing and mindfulness techniques. The class is 2 hours long.

Friday 9.15am – BoxFit

A low impact, outdoor class designed to work on fat burning and strength/conditioning using boxing elements and principles.
